About Easy Event Map

Custom event maps are usually a paid design job. Easy Event Map exists so anyone can make one: the PTA volunteer running the school carnival, the couple planning a wedding, the church hosting a craft fair, the small business at its first trade show.

Our goal is simple: a clear, printable map in about five minutes, with no design skills, no account and no cost.

Two tools

• Venue and parking map maker: find your venue on a satellite or street map, lock the view and mark parking, entrances, routes and more. It can even write a first draft of directions.
• Floor plan map maker: upload any floor plan, crop and clean it up, then add numbered booths and tables, icons and a vendor directory.

Private and free

Your maps are built right in your browser. Floor plans are never uploaded, and your work saves on your own device. The site is free because it's supported by advertising.

Map data and credits

Map imagery is provided by Esri and its partners. Place search uses OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service, and road names for directions come from OpenStreetMap contributors via the Overpass API. Printed and downloaded maps include the required credit line.
